Kathy Hillis- Certified Personal Trainer: Tacoma, WA, United States; Hi , my name is Kathy Hillis. I am a Certified Personal Trainer. Over the past 28 years, I have been actively involved in health and wellness education. Professionally, I have worked as a public school teacher in the fields of family health, nutrition, and culinary arts. Recently I have obtained certification to be a personal trainer and completed my internship at Total Woman Health Studio. I also worked for the YMCA for 3+ years as a Health and Wellness Coach. On a more personal level, I have been a life-long runner, enjoy strength training, and engage in a variety of activities to stay fit. My mission as a Personal Trainer is to work with clients- training them to achieve their fitness goals, by creating a plan for them and showing them support and encouragement along the way.
