

Kathy Hillis is the first personal trainer I've worked with. Prior to working with Kathy, I had a gym membership for years. I kept telling myself I'd start working out but in reality I only went once every few months. It was intimidating at the gym to see people sprinting on treadmills and lifting huge amounts of weight. I brought my anxieties into my first session with Kathy, but they were immediately relieved. Kathy is the best kind of personal trainer - she's positive, fun, and challenging yet supportive. Right away I knew she'd help me develop a plan that worked for me (one that didn't involve sprinting!). The biggest things she helps me with are: confidence, fitness skills and motivation. I have "off" weeks still where I don't stick to my goals, but Kathy is always there to help me get back on track in an encouraging way. I would highly recommend Kathy to anyone - whether you're looking to change up your routine or just starting from scratch. Kathy's workouts are customizable and her inspirational attitude is truly priceless.
