
Training with Kathy Hillis has been such a positive experience in every way. I am someone who has not worked out consistently in the past, and Kathy provided a real confidence boost for me and in my ability to get fit and make healthy choices for my body. She personalized my workout plan for me- taking into account my work schedule and the fact that I have small children at home. In a few months of working with her I have learned so many new skills and also the right way to stretch out, and weight train in order to avoid injury and gain strength. Kathy brings a ton of energy and encouragement to every single session- I always look forward to going, work hard and have fun while I am there, and leave feeling empowered to be a better and healthier person.
